Why does it say "Citation Online" for some items when I search in FoxHunt?

Answer

If you come across items in FoxHunt that say "Citation Online" this means the library does not have access to these materials.  You can request them through Interlibrary Loan.  Books typically take 5-7 business days and articles take 2-3 days to arrive.

If you cannot wait for the item, make sure to uncheck the check box that says "Add results beyond your library's collection" beneath the search bar and you should only see items available through the library.

If the box is not checked off, please contact a librarian and we can help you resolve this issue.
