How to get off campus access to Access Medicine or Access Physiotherapy/F.A. Davis PT Collection?

Answer

When you are on campus, the Library’s McGraw-Hill databases, AccessMedicine, AccessPhysiotherapy, and F.A. Davis PT Collection, recognize you as a Marist user using your computer’s IP address when you go there through a bookmark or the internet.  This recognition no longer works once you’re off campus or after about 90 days on campus.

To verify as a Marist user:

  1. Visit the Physician Assistant Subject Guide or Physical Therapy Subject Guide.
  2. Click on the link to one of these databases.
  3. Login with your Marist username and password.
  4. It should now recognize you as a Marist user, whether you are on or off campus.

If you need further help, contact a librarian.
