Where can I find a global overview of Quick Service Restaurants?

For restaurants there is an IBISWorld report entitled: Global Fast Food Restaurants, that should be useful. (http://clients1.ibisworld.com.online.library.marist.edu/reports/gl/industry/default.aspx?entid=1480)
If you search in First Research Industry Profiles and use the NAICS CODE: 722513 in the search box you'll get US reports on Fast Food and Quick Service Restaurants, but they always include a paragraph or two on "International Insights." These are quarterly reports so look at the last four quarters.
Another option is to search the Passport (Euromonitor) database. Under the Industries tab on the top menu select Consumer Foodservice. Then in the Country Reports box in the middle of the page select “Fast Food” as your category and then select your specific geography for a country report on the Fast Food Industry.
