A search in First Research Industry Profiles using the NAICS CODE: 336991 in the search box will yield U.S. reports on Motorcycle Manufacturing, but they always include a paragraph or two on "International Insights." These are quarterly reports so look at the last four quarters.
Also in First Research Industry Profiles, if you search using "snapshots and motorcycles" as your search string you'll get these very useful Snapshots Reports (i.e. Snapshots China Motorcycles 2008). Please note that they are somewhat dated.
