I can’t get into library databases. What do I do?

Answer

Start by clearing your cookies and cache in your browser or try switching to a different internet browser.

 

If the issue is not resolved, there may be an issue with your Marist username and password.  Contact the Help Desk for help with your Marist account.  Once you’ve spoken to them, try accessing the library databases again.

 

If you are a Marist alumnus, the Library does not offer remote access to databases to alumni.

 

If you are a current student and unable to get into the databases after speaking to the Help Desk, contact a librarian for further help.
