The library only has a film on DVD. Can you convert it to streaming?

The library does not have the legal standing to convert our DVDs to streaming films, even if the streaming version would be behind a login. We also do not have Hulu, Amazon Prime, or Netflix accounts, as they are not available to libraries.
We will gladly look into whether a streaming copy of the film can be purchased. Contact your Library Liaison for help with this.
