As a faculty member can I book a collaborative room in the library?

Answer

Faculty members can book collaborative rooms 300A, 300B, 300C, and 300D for their own research from 8:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday when the library is open.

You can book these collaborative rooms through the Faculty and Staff Booking Site or by visiting the library website and completing the following steps:

  1. Click “Faculty Support” in the top menu of the library website
  2. In the third column, click on "Faculty Collaborative Rooms"
  3. Use the green blocks in the table to choose your preferred time slot on the page that opens

Notes:

  • Different dates may be booked by scrolling through the dates using the arrow buttons or by using the “Go to Date” button which will pull up a calendar.
  • Faculty and staff may reserve no more than one reservation at a time.
  • Faculty and staff may reserve rooms 7 days in advance.
  • Rooms are not intended for use as a replacement for classroom or office space.
  • No food is permitted in collaborative rooms.
