APA recommends citing an individual Facebook post in the following format:

 

Last Name, First Initial(s) or Name of Group/Organization. (Year, Month Day). First 20 words of post
     [If more than words, include that in brackets like this: Image/Video/Link Attached]      [Describe the post, i.e. Status Update, Video]. Facebook. URL.

    Last Name, First Initial(s) or Name of Group/Organization. (date if it has an update date, if not n.d.). 

Name of Page (should be Home, Contact, etc.,) [Facebook Page]. Facebook. Retrieved date, from URL
