How do I cite the notes I took in class in Chicago Style?

Your professor may not require a citation your notes, but check in with them to be sure.
If that's not possible, Chicago does not require a bibliography entry for class notes, but in a footnote only as a personal communication.
1. Professor’s First Name Professor’s Last Name, class notes," Month Day, Year of Class.
