How do I cite presentation/PowerPoint slides from class in MLA Style?

Your professor may or may not require you to cite slides from class, so check with them.
If that's not possible, MLA recommends the following:
Author Last Name, First Name. "PowerPoint title." Day Mon. Year of presentation, Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
Jones, Anthony. “Origins of Thought.” 12 Apr. 2021, Microsoft PowerPoint presentation.
