How do I cite organization reports and documents in APA Style?
Answer
These are usually PDFs that can be downloaded and not webpages. If you wish to cite a page from an organization’s website, see the FAQ “How do I cite a webpage made by an organization or business in APA Style?”
The organization can either be the author of the publisher of any documents or reports they produce.
- If there are individuals (not editors) responsible for the report then the organization becomes the publisher.
- If there are no named people as authors, then the organization is the author.
